This books helps you to understand the relationship between simple carbohydrates and blood sugar and how the processed foods we eat are slowly killing us. Cut the processed foods, switch to whole grains, high fiber and you positively will lose weight. It isn't exaggerating by saying this book changed my life; it will change yours too.
