This book should be required for all condo owners. Avoiding the legalese that can be so confusing, it explains the facts about condo living and management in a very easy and thorough manner. Also, it is extremely on-target about the problems that frequently occur, particularly with nonpayment of assessments, lack of participation on the board and at meetings, and disagreement or noncompliance with rules. In fact, people should read this book prior to buying a condo, to help them decide if they should even enter into it.

Beth Grimm is a very dedicated attorney who not only has my utmost respect, but who has "gone the second mile" to help many people, answering questions on her website about HOA law and advice to homeowners.

Now she wrote a book, which I got in today's mail and couldn't wait to read. It contains excellent material and answers more than 125 questions about Condominium ownership.

An excellent resource!!! As a homeowner, I am very greatful for this book.
