I have read this book a couple of times and every time I read it, I like it more and more. It has outlined several examples in order to explain thoughts and difficulties while meditating. Some of the exaples included in the book are really so unique that it will touch your heart and mind.
This book is beautifully written and I recommend meditators to read this book.
