Pulmonary Vascular Disease, edited authored text and a tribute to the careful work of the editors. The radiographs are high quality reproductions that excellently demonstrate key clinical features of the various diseases associated with this condition. I found the chapters on pulmonary hypertension associated with hemolytic anemia and high altitude pulmonary edema particularly informative. The inclusion of a chapter on pulmonary hypertension in pregnancy was an inspired choice. This reference will prove extremely useful to both the specialist in pulmonary diseases (for whom it is a must addition to their library) and the general internist.
