Mr. Bainey has contributed to numerous conferences and seminars and has published extensively. He holds a PMP in project management from the Project Management Institute, a CCP in IT management from the Institute for Certification of Computer Professionals, a CIM in management and administration from the Canadian Institute of Management and a B.Sc. majoring in mathematics and computing science from the University of Alberta, Canada.

Good follow on book to IT Management
This book has a lot of material to cover. Also has examples of MS Project.
Not a lot of diagrams to go on-but it is still worth the price.
