Let me sum this book up: steam food. freeze it. put it in a bag. feed it to baby. Gee, thanks. I never would have figured that out.

Loved how this book is organized.....there is also a weekly menu planner to input food fed to baby. Nice colorful pictures and there is also a special recipe section for good foods for the mom =)
